Everything you need at the till: sign in, find a guest, charge a purchase, and redeem a bonus — in under two minutes.
Usually one-time per shift device — unless the restaurant locks the till on screen off.
Open the staff link on the shift phone or tablet, enter your own personal PIN, and tap Sign in. Each cashier now has their own PIN — issued on the Staff page, not a single shared code — ask an admin or manager if you don't have one.
Usually you stay signed in until you log out yourself. But if the admin has turned on "lock till on screen off" in Settings, you'll be signed out the moment the phone's screen locks or turns off, and need to enter your PIN again — that's expected, not a bug.
Signing in from a device you haven't used before may need an admin or manager to approve it first. If the sign-in screen won't move past the PIN, that's likely why — ask them to approve the device on the Staff page.
Camera scan or manual card number — both are normal, everyday ways to look someone up.
Point the camera at the QR code on the guest's physical card, receipt, or their phone screen. It opens their profile automatically — no button to tap.
No camera, or the guest doesn't have their card handy? Type the number printed on their card (format LC-XXXXXXXXX) into the Card number, e.g. LC-123456789 field and tap Find by number.
Use the manual field any time it's faster — a phone that's slow to unlock, a card that's easier to read than to scan, or a queue building up.
Scan or look them up as above — this opens their card with their name, balance, and tier.
It's the default, left-hand toggle button and is highlighted orange when active.
Use the numpad to key in the amount the guest is paying.
Every matching active program applies automatically — cashback credited, any discount reflected, a stamp added. You never have to pick a program yourself.
Program and tier names are set by the restaurant owner and may show in a different language than the till (e.g. a tier badge might read "ПЛАТИНА" instead of "PLATINUM" if that's how the owner typed it). That's expected — nothing to fix.
If the amount is large enough to cross the restaurant's manager-approval threshold, your PIN alone won't be enough — the screen will ask a manager to confirm with their own PIN before the purchase goes through. That's expected protection, not an error.
Done with this guest? Tap ← Scan another above their card to jump straight back to the scan screen for the next one.
Same as above.
Tap the right-hand toggle button — it shows the guest's current balance in its label.
The field comes pre-filled with the guest's full balance. Leave it as-is to redeem everything, or lower it with the numpad if they're only redeeming part of it.
Tap the button at the bottom to record the redemption and deduct it from the bill.
If a guest holds balance across more than one cashback program, the till combines it into one total automatically — you never need to choose which program to draw from.
One tap — no amount to enter.
When a guest's stamp card is full, a green banner appears above the numpad on their charge screen, e.g. 🎁 Ready: Stamp card: every 10th coffee free, with a Grant link. Tap Grant to give the reward — that's the whole flow, no numpad entry needed.
Use their physical card number instead — type it into the manual field on the scan screen. No card either? Ask the owner/admin to look them up by phone number or name in the admin panel and read you the card number.
The scan screen shows "Couldn't start the camera (in use by another app, or unavailable)." This is normal on busy or older devices — it's not broken. Tap Try again, or just use the manual card-number field below it; it works exactly the same.
That's fine — in Redeem mode, lower the pre-filled amount to whatever the guest wants to use, confirm, then charge the remaining amount the normal way (cash, card, etc.) outside the app.
